Privacy is the foundation
Only the right people can see it.
Private record contents are encrypted. A record is available only to the adult it concerns, an adult managing a login-free dependent, or someone it was deliberately shared with. A person who creates their own record can see it; caregiver access still ends when permission is revoked.
